General terms and conditions for offers and vouchers

This page sets out the general terms and conditions for special offers, promotions and gift vouchers at The George at Burpham.

These terms sit alongside our main booking, dining and website terms. By purchasing or redeeming any offer or voucher, you agree to the conditions on this page, plus any additional terms stated in the promotional material for that specific offer.

Unless stated otherwise:

Offers and vouchers are subject to availability.
Only one offer or promotional code can be used per booking, bill or transaction.
Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, package or promotion.
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any offer at any time.
Monetary vouchers have no cash value, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If there is any conflict between the general terms on this page and the specific terms for an offer, the specific terms for that offer will apply.

Black Friday voucher offer – specific terms

These terms apply to the November extra value voucher offer for The George at Burpham.

Offer summary
When you purchase selected monetary gift vouchers for The George at Burpham between 21 November 2025 and 30 November 2025, you will receive either 20% or 10% extra value added to the face value of the voucher.

Examples:

Pay £100 and receive a £120 voucher with the 20% offer.
Pay £100 and receive a £110 voucher with the 10% offer.

Purchase window

Eligible vouchers must be purchased online between 21 November 2025 and 30 November 2025.
The offer is only available via the official voucher links provided by The George at Burpham.

Voucher types and validity

The 20% voucher can be redeemed between 2 January 2026 and 28 February 2026 inclusive.
The 10% voucher is valid for 12 months from delivery to the recipient.
Excludes Valentine’s Day and any other promotional menus.
Vouchers can only be redeemed at The George at Burpham against food or drink, as specified on the voucher.

Delivery and added value

All vouchers are delivered via email.
Added value appears at the checkout stage when purchasing the voucher.
It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address for delivery.

Use of vouchers

One voucher per transaction and no cash alternative available.
No change or cash alternative can be given. Any unused balance can be used towards future purchases until the voucher expiry date.
Vouchers must be presented (printed or digital) at the time of payment.
Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be resold.

Other conditions

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, menu offer or discount.
Standard booking and cancellation policies for The George at Burpham apply to all reservations made using vouchers.
The George at Burpham reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any voucher transaction if we suspect fraud, misuse or error.
