An intimate autumn evening built around a 5 course tasting menu, with seasonal game from the Norfolk Estate paired with carefully chosen wines.​

 

Limited to 20 guests. Tickets must be paid for in full when booking.

Christmas Wreath Workshops

Twist, tie and trim your way to a beautiful Christmas wreath, with mulled wine in hand and good company around the table.

​

All materials, charcuterie and mulled wine are included.


£65 per person · 16 spaces per workshop.

Christmas Garland Workshop

Monday, 14 December

10.00am

Spend a festive morning creating your own seasonal garland, filled with natural texture, lush greenery and Christmas character.

All materials, a pastry and hot drink are included.

Christmas Lights and Carols

Tuesday, 1 December

From 6.30pm

Wrap up warm and join us as we light the Christmas tree and fill The George with carols, community and festive cheer.

​

With the George Singers and a brass quartet. No booking is needed unless you would like to dine.

Boxing Day Celebrations

Saturday, 26 December

From 1.30pm

Boxing Day has a rhythm all its own in Burpham. Join us for traditional Morris dancing, a drink at the bar and the easy bustle of the village coming together.

​

With the Sompting Village Morris Dancers and the Tipteerers. Open 12-7pm, with food served from 12pm-5pm. No booking is needed unless you'd like to dine.

New Years Eve

Thursday, 31 December

Ticketed dinner event from 7.30pm

One last evening together before the year is through. Join us as for Country Tweed - Farm & Field as we say goodbye to 2026 and raise a glass to everything the New Year might bring.

The ticketed dinner event begins at 7.30pm. Bar tickets are now available. To book a table for dinner please enquire by email.​
